Detailed bodywork that is relaxing, yet effective for tension and pain relief.
My goal is to provide truly customized massages to each and every client, each and every session. I prioritize listening to and communicating with my clients before, during, and after each massage to ensure I am addressing your specific needs. I pride myself on being mindful and fully present throughout the entire session.

Mission
It’s essential to me that my clients see results. I work within the client's preferred level of pressure to get the most effective results. I massage mindfully, sinking into your tissue and muscles, giving your nervous system time to relax, respond, and dissolve tension.
